Cookie Policy
What we store on your device, why, and how to change your mind — last updated January 2026.
We keep cookies to a minimum. Out of the box this website sets one session cookie so that forms and security checks work, plus a small record of the cookie choice you make. Nothing else is set without your consent.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage. They let a website remember things between page loads — such as the fact that you have already made a cookie choice.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off. They do not track you across other websites.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
FUTURION_SESS |
Maintains your session so forms, CSRF protection and the AI assistant conversation work correctly. | Until you close your browser |
futurion_cookie_consent |
Remembers the cookie choice you made, so we do not ask again. | 6 months |
3. Analytics cookies
If you select "Accept all", we may set analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck. These are optional, and the site works fully without them.
| Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Analytics provider (only if enabled) | Aggregated page views, traffic sources and on-site behaviour. No advertising profiles are built. | Up to 24 months |
No analytics tooling is active on this site by default. If you add one, list it in the table above before switching it on.
4. Third-party services we load
Some resources are served from third-party networks. These do not set marketing cookies, but your IP address is necessarily visible to them in order to deliver the file:
- Google Fonts — typography
- cdnjs (Cloudflare) — Font Awesome icons
- jsDelivr — GSAP, AOS and Swiper animation libraries
If you embed a Google Map on the contact page, Google may set cookies when the map loads. WhatsApp links open in a new tab and are governed by WhatsApp's own policies.
5. Managing your cookies
You can change your choice at any time using the button below, or clear cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent our forms from submitting.
Browser guidance: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
